i did a dumb thing yesterday...i ate about 15 batter-dipped french fries at lunch. this morning wasn't the greatest, but this afternoon i am really feeling it.
i am freezing and flushed. indigestion. metallic taste in my mouth. no matter what i eat upsets my stomach. and i am ready to crawl into bed. can't stop yawning. alka-seltzer is my friend.
it may be an early night tonight. sleepy sleep sleep.
