Lou's wisdom

Legendary ND coach Lou Holtz spoke yesterday before the game at the unveiling of his statue in front of the Stadium.

Lou is quite a motivating speaker. "You're going to have setbacks, you're going to have disappointments," Lou said to the crowd. "But you've got two choices when you're down: stay down or pick yourself up. This is a wonderful opportunity. I hope they'll look and say, 'You know, if that dumb sucker can do it, so can I.'"
