been hot and sticky. hazy sunshine. sweltering heat from the inside of a closed up car hits like a blast from a steel mill furnace.
drive along any country road and you'll see the infant corn stalks stunted due to the lack of rain. the edges of their little leaves are curled in the hopes of catching a drop of moisture.
there's the possibility of a thunderstorm in the overnight hours...around 3am. i'm hoping for one with a soaking rain. one that boasts a crapload of thunderclaps and lightning bolts.
